Brillaire Auto Spa was founded in 2018, the founder, Amirol Isa has been in the automotive industry for 8 years in his previous cars companies Volkswagen.

 

Amirol Isa was one of the car salesmen from the Volkswagen company before he got the inspiration to open his own business.

 

In addition, Amirol Isa is interested in the world of motoring and automotive. Brillare Auto Spa is located in an industrial area, which is near all the car showrooms and workshops.

In 2017, Amirol who was interested in the world of motoring and automotive decided to take over his friend's company when he could no longer manage the company.

Brillare Auto Spa is previously known as Evos Car Spa operated since February 2014 as the first car spa at Glenmarie and change the name to Brillare Auto Spa after Amirol takes over the company for further expansion in the car cleaning industry.

"Around 2017, I took over my best friend’s business company because I wanted to develop a car wash and detailing company because I have a deep interest in the automotive field," Amirol said.

In October 2018, Brillare has started operations as in that year, Amirol was promoted as branch manager at Volkswagen Sri Hartamas, and he thought there would be no problem for him to focus on Brillare even though he was still working under the automotive company.

One of the factors, Amirol chose to open Brillare was because of its strategic location which is close to the main road, close to a residential area and an industrial area. 

Furthermore, Glenmarie is an automotive centre in the state of Selangor which has many well-known automotive companies such as Volkswagen, Porsche, Proton, and Mercedes.

"This area has been designated by the state as a Business Centre as such offer benefits and incentives to us to organize our operations.  

 

"The building is also in good condition and well maintained,” he said.

Amirol's business has received an overwhelming response from the community including the country's celebrities and its profits have been increasing from the past month.

"Brillare Auto Spa has received a rather overwhelming response and has many regular customers among them is our country's singer, Dato Hattan.

"At the time, Brillare Auto Spa only did online marketing on social sites like Instagram and Facebook," he added.

In 2020, Malaysia was shocked by the Covid-19 pandemic which has dealt a severe blow to the national economy.

Brillare was also affected by the pandemic and Amirol only relied on his savings and partnership with several Brillare panels including Porsche and Proton.

Still, Brillare was able to save itself and continue to grow its business throughout this pandemic because of effective planning by its owners.

Amirol opined that Malaysians spend a lot of time using gadgets like fonts for apps like Instagram and Tiktok especially during MCO and plans to create apps to further increase his company’s profits.

 

"Brillare Auto Spa’s profits were also affected because of the Covid-19 pandemic, and I have been inspired to take benefit from future technological advances. 

 

“We started focusing on launching the first car wash ecosystem application in Malaysia," said Amirol.

 

In March 2021, Amirol has successfully achieved its goal and the HIVE app has been launched.

"HIVE application was launched in March 2021 and has gained media attention as well as being able to have a positive impact on our businesses that have been affected in 2020 due to Covid-19.

"The platform will benefit 5.8 million active vehicle owners in Malaysia,” he said.

The Hive app aims to be an ecosystem that connects car users, car wash operators, car wash products, insurance, and advertising in one digital platform.
